Francisco Jared Adame CEO/PRESIDENT
My name is Francisco Jared Adame, and I’m from Pico Rivera, CA. With over 15 years of experience in subprime consumer lending, I’ve built a career on understanding debt collection, asset recovery, underwriting, risk analysis, and fraud prevention. My time at Consumer Portfolio Services gave me deep insights into consumer borrowing habits, the FDCPA, and strategies for managing challenging customer interactions. I’ve also worked with companies like Newegg.com as a fraud analyst where i used Accertify and Sysco Foods, where I used Salesforce to serve a range of businesses across Los Angeles, from Santa Monica to South Central.
Hard work has always been a driving force in my life, but I balance it with a strong commitment to my family and community. I’m a dedicated baseball coach, volunteering over eight years with Pony Baseball, and I take pride in mentoring young players, including my son. This role has taught me invaluable lessons about leadership and resilience. My entrepreneurial venture, iGotcha Interactive, operates out of Pico Rivera, where I channel my passion for innovation and problem-solving into building something meaningful. None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of my partner, Celia, who shares this journey with me and helps create a foundation for our family’s success.

Alex J Herrera Lead Designer & Marketing Partner
I’m a Senior Designer and Art Director with over a decade of experience in digital, web, UI/UX, and graphic design. A graduate of The Art Institute of California – Los Angeles, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies like Disney, FOX, ABC, and Belkin, as well as top agencies and startups. My focus has always been on creating impactful, results-driven design solutions that combine strategy and creativity. I currently work full-time in the design industry while actively collaborating as a partner with iGotcha during evenings and weekends.
Beyond design, I enjoy exploring other creative outlets, including motion graphics, packaging, and even cake design—a unique passion inspired by my wife, a talented baker and cupcake artist. Born and raised in Southern California, I now reside in Long Beach, where I continue to push creative boundaries while drawing inspiration from my surroundings and experiences.
